Global Turbulence Simulations of CYCLONE Base Case and MAST Plasmas
The non-local effects of turbulence can affect the transport especially in devices when the ration of ion gyroradius to plasma size (p,*) is large. We show how the local linear and nonlinear ITG flux-tube results are modified when the simulations are done with finite p,* in a global code.
